While you fill in the request form, your answers stay in the page's memory. They are not written to browser storage and never appear in the address bar.

When you submit a request, Arborheath stores your answers, contact details and the exact consent wording, version and time of your agreement on our server. If your request is matched, your contact details and project information are shared with the matched local tree-service provider so Arborheath and that provider can follow up. Your information is not sold to a marketing list.

Campaign source and medium help us measure which campaigns lead to requests. Where advertising measurement is enabled, click identifiers and hashed contact information may be shared with the advertising platform for conversion measurement. An anonymous first-party cookie lasting 30 minutes keeps measurement consistent across refreshes; it contains no answers or contact details. Form views, steps and validation outcomes are recorded without your name, phone number, address or answers.

The confirmation page carries only a random reference code, never your details. Records remain on our server until an authorized operator deletes them. To ask about or delete your request, contact us using the details on the request page.
